2. To REGISTER to Attend the Risk Reduction DUI Class;
1. Pay for the Assessment either at the bottom of this page or you can call Cindy at (770) 919-0033 and pay for the Assessment ($100.00) or you can pay the full amount ($360.00) which pays for the Assessment and Class in full.
* If you pay only for the Assessment then you can pay the Class Fee the first day of class.
2. After the Assessment has been paid for Cindy will text or email you the URL so that you can take your Assessment on line. Or you can come into the Office to take the Assessment Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 7:00pm (No Appointment Needed)
You must submit your Assessment NO Later than 3 hours prior to your ZOOM Class Webinar beginning.
3. After we receive your Assessment we will email you the Invitation to the ZOOM Class Webinar. You must have a camera and audio which works on your computer, laptop and or phone. Or as of 3/25/2020 you can still attend Class in person or from home using ZOOM.
* You must attend ALL Sessions as scheduled on your email and must comply with all conditions of the Webinar requirements. If attending the Webinar class your will receive your Certificate the following business day via email. If attending in person you will leave with your Certificates of Completion,

About the Risk Reduction (DUI) Program
The first thing you will need to do before enrolling into the class is to take the Assessment. The Assessment fee is $100.00. It's a 143-item questionnaire, based solely on your use of alcohol and drugs. To take the Assessment online, you would pay first either on-line or over the phone or you can pay in person with Cash to avoid the credit card processing fee. Then we will send you a Student Portal to your Cell phone or Email address. There you sign your paperwork, take your Assessment and during the Zoom Class you'll receive your Assessment Result, Final Test and Course Evaluation. The Assessment in combination with the 20-Hour Class will help you understand and see where you stand with your involvement with alcohol and/or drugs, your behavior patterns and tolerance level. The Risk Reduction (DUI) Class fee is $260.00. The Class is a State Mandated 20-Hour Class, consisting of 2-1/2 days, we have several different schedules to choose from. Even though by Law we cannot advertise or offer free or discounted services we are very different from the other schools. After you have successfully completed the class you will leave our facility with 2 Certificate of Completion if you take your class on-line we will email your Certificate to you no later than the following business day, usually it's emailed out the night class has completed.

If you want to take the Assessment on-line Once you pay for the
Assessment we will email you the link to take the Assessment.

There is a transaction fee if you pay for the Assessment and/or Class on line. If you want to avoid the transaction fee you can call us at (770) 919-0033 and pay over the phone and we can waive the transaction fee.
Also, should you have any problems making your payment on line or should you experience any problems please call our office at (770) 919-0033, and you can make a payment over the phone.

ASSESSMENT REGISTRATION
The first step is the NEEDS/Assessment. You can either come in to take the Assessment or you can take your Assessment On-Line. DON'T worry about classes filling up we have extremely large classrooms and offer the class every week so it keeps the class sizes down to a comfortable size. The Assessment is not a Clinical Evaluation and cannot be replaced by a Clinical Evaluation. The Assessment is mandatory prior to beginning class (mandated by Georgia law and DDS). During the class you receive your Assessment Results back and use them in quite a few of the exercises throughout the class. It personalizes the class for each Student.
CLASS REGISTRATION
The second step is Risk Reduction Class. You can either take the Class from our Social Distancing Classroom or from Home using ZOOM.
At the end of which ever class you attend you will leave here with two (2) Certificates of Completion or if you attend class using ZOOM we will email your Certificate of Completion the following business day. The Certificates are issued to us by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). If you need your Certificate emailed or faxed to your Attorney, DDS, Clinical Evaluator or your Probation Officer we can do that for you as well, after you sign a Release of Information giving us permission to do so.
