ASSESSMENT REGISTRATION
The first step is the NEEDS/Assessment. You can either come in to take the Assessment or you can take your Assessment On-Line. DON’T worry about classes filling up we have extremely large classrooms and offer the class every week so it keeps the class sizes down to a comfortable size. The Assessment is not a Clinical Evaluation and cannot be replaced by a Clinical Evaluation. The Assessment is mandatory prior to beginning class (mandated by Georgia law and DDS). During the class you receive your Assessment Results back and use them in quite a few of the exercises throughout the class. It personalizes the class for each Student.
The second step is Risk Reduction Class. You can either take the Class from our Social Distancing Classroom or from Home using ZOOM.
Special Note:
If you are wanting to attend a class beginning on Tuesday, Saturday or a Friday class that begins at 12:30pm, make sure you have completed your Assessment and paid your Class fee No Later than 5:00pm the day before class begins.
If you are wanting to attend a class that begins at 5:30pm on Friday please make sure you have completed your Assessment and paid your Class fee No Later than 2:30pm on that Friday.
